Whether you are an attender or a member you are invited to participate in a time of celebration about what God has done this last fiscal year and a time of planning and preparation for what God will do through Aspen Grove in our next fiscal year. We are excited for you to join us! Our time together begins with a free dinner between 4:30-5:30pm. If you are a member and you have questions for our Overseers, our Lead Pastor, or our Finance Team related to the agenda for our meeting there will be a Q&A opportunity beginning at 4:30pm. At 5:30pm childcare for Pre-School through 5th grade will begin. Our meeting begins at 5:30pm. It involves some voting and some presenting but it also involves stories, prayer, and praise. We are aiming for 60 minutes in length. It has been an exciting ministry year and our Heavenly Father is preparing us for even greater impact in 2024.
