BUDDY PROGRAM
At The Highlands we understand that each child is loved by Jesus (Matthew 19:14) and is unique. We want to make sure that every child has a fun, safe and successful experience in our ministries. Because of this, we implemented a buddy system for children who need assistance in the classroom and beyond. The purpose of The Highlands Church’s Buddy Program is to facilitate inclusion inside of the church for the individual with additional needs and for their families. We are looking for buddies to partner with these children who have a heart for kids who have special needs. No experience is necessary, just a heart to serve children and families.
